ISO 9001:2015
CP Industries has completed the audits and processes to register the management system procedures and processes in accordance with ISO 2001:2015
DOT UN ISO 11120
CP Industries has received approval for the manufacturing of large seamless tubes to ISO 11120 with certification to the UN Model Regulations for the Transportation of Dangerous Goods by the Notified Body of the United States (USDOT). The ISO 11120 tube with UN/USA approval has the flexibility of the ISO 11120 design standard allowing the design of a UN tube to be optimized for a specific gas service.
ISO 11119-3:2013
CP Industries has received approval for the manufacturing of Type IV fully wrapped carbon fiber composite cylinders to ISO 11119-3:2013 with certification to the TPED 2010/35/EU, ADR2015 and CDG 2009 Regulations. These cylinders have been approved for use in ADR certified MEGC’s.
Transport Canada
Seamless pressure vessels used for transportation to and in Canada are required to be manufactured to the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Specification B-339. CP Industries has received approvals from Transport Canada (TC) to manufacture vessels to the TC-3AAM, TC-3AAXM and TC-3TM Specifications contained in CSA B-339. Similarities between the TC Specifications and the equivalent DOT specifications allow CP Industries to dual certify vessels for use in both the U.S. and Canada.
China (SELO)
CP Industries is licensed by the Chinese government to manufacture pressure vessels as well as fabricate and assemble trailers and skids.
KGSC
CP Industries is licensed by the Korean Gas Safety Corporation to manufacture vessels for service in Korea.
